Arisse is a Philippines-based character illustrator and designer known for her painterly, dreamy aesthetic rooted in fashion subcultures like Y2K, grunge, and lolita. Originally trained as a civil engineer, she shifted her career toward art, tech, and design following her lifelong instinct to create and style characters. Her work blends expressive mood, narrative concepts, and bold fashion sensibilities. Since entering Web3 in 2021, Arisse has built a presence through original artworks that emphasize storytelling and individuality. Her piece “Caged” was featured at NFT Liverpool, and her Aikopic contest entry was showcased in the Virtual Plane Museum. Web3 became a turning point in her journey, offering community support and creative validation that encouraged her to pursue art professionally and continue developing her voice.

At Kusari, the ability to create onchain is especially dear to us. Collectr is one platform we use to collaborate with new artists every month and publish for them. Since the launch of Collectr we have worked with over 20 different artists from 8 different countries. This has all been enabled by onchain technology enabling us to connect more deeply over the internet than ever before.
